Thanks to Cacao-Trace controlled fermentation, the red-color Trinitario beans which are so specific to this region can unveil the full potential of their intense and vibrant cocoa notes.
Born from the lush soil of the valleys of the Sanaga river, the red Trinitario beans so typical of the region are processed and fermentated according to the high quality standards of Cacao-Trace. As a result, meet this surprisingly intense milk chocolate which offers deep roasted cocoa notes finely balanced by cooked milk and caramel flavors, to end on a delicate touch of dried fruits.
