Cocoa has been cultivated here since the 17th century, and the region carefully preserves traditional methods of growing and harvesting the renowned Trinitario variety, celebrated for its refined flavor. For this special chocolate, we selected exceptional cocoa grown on the sunlit plantations of the southern island of Mindanao, in the regions of Calinan, San Isidro, and Mati.
To preserve its delicate floral taste with fruity notes of pineapple, banana, and passion fruit, the cocoa beans undergo a special fermentation process. The flavor profile is further enhanced by fresh herbal and floral nuances with a subtle hint of pepper. This is how a unique and authentic chocolate is born — one that captivates chocolate lovers around the world.
