Payment with payment cards is made as follows: when placing an order on the website, you will be offered to choose a payment method. In the "Payment" section, you need to select "VISA / MASTERCARD". After this, you will be redirected to the secure payment system page of the bank, where you will need to confirm the payment.
Please note that only the client whose name was indicated on the website when placing the order can receive the product paid for by a payment card. Therefore, you must have your passport when receiving the order. (Or the authorized person of the company, in case of payment for the product with a corporate card).

Cash on delivery payment is made by the carrier at the pickup location. The cost is calculated according to the rates of the Nova Poshta carrier, based on the formula 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.

Returns of purchased goods in the online store are made in the cases and according to the conditions regulated by the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection". In case of a product return according to the law, you need to contact us by the phone number indicated on the website. When returning the product, you must have your passport. We will refund the money on the day of return or, if there is no money in the cash register, no later than 7 days.
You can return the product via a delivery service. If the product retains its commercial appearance and packaging, we will exchange it for you or refund your money.
