PUMPKIN-APPLE BISCUITS

In October, Wander is experimenting with pumpkin — and our first autumn creation is ready to surprise you!

A sponge cake without a pinch of flour? Yes! We created it based on mashed baked pumpkin and apples, egg whites and fructose — light, fragrant, naturally sweet.

The filling is a combination of walnuts, natural honey, zest and juice of fresh lemon. We cover the golden sponge cake with a thin haze of powdered sugar with fragrant cinnamon — so that autumn sounds in every bite.
