Dubai Englishman

Shropshire Blue, an Englishman with an unusual orange paste and blue mold, pleases both the eye and the taste buds. We decided to bring its extravagance to the maximum and combined it with gianduja and crispy kadaifi. Classic Gouda itself always exudes a luxurious nutty and creamy cheese taste. Honey Dutch

Honing Boer'n Trots is a dense Dutch cheese soaked in floral honey for those who can recognize the subtlest shades of taste and enjoy each one. Its taste is notes of baked milk and caramel. We added pine nuts to it not for contrast, but to enhance the cozy creamy taste. A surprise taste for lovers of cheese traditions.
