It is part of our experimental block — a successful experiment we wanted to capture.

Inside a dark chocolate shell, caramelized carrot with mango and lime zest brings natural sweetness, juiciness, and a warm vegetal tone that unexpectedly aligns with fruity acidity. A crunchy layer of almond, buckwheat, and candied lemon peel adds rhythm and a long, lingering finish.
