Honey
Honey collected from wild flowers in green meadows was known far beyond the borders of Ukraine in ancient times. Golden honey strings sweetly tinkle in a cloud of ganache on white chocolate with a thin layer of wafer sparks.
Sea buckthorn
Bright yellow, sour-sweet and tropically fragrant sea buckthorn is our mysterious lady in the form of caramel and ganache on delicate chocolate. A thin layer of royal jelly crumbs in the hazelnut praline accentuates the carnival flavour.
