The new Vivaldi — The Four Seasons collection. We tried to express the four seasons through the language of taste. Four seasons. Four moods. And one composition to listen to while savoring every note. A collection inspired by Vivaldi’s music and created through exploration, experimentation, and attention to detail.

Spring — delicate and nutty, with a subtle creamy note. Pistachio paste, tonka bean ganache, and a whole pistachio.

Summer — bright, fresh, and juicy. Strawberry marmalade with lemon juice, strawberry ganache made with white chocolate, and milk chocolate.

Autumn — warm and comforting, with luscious pumpkin caramel and crunchy flaxseed popcorn.

Winter — deep and rich, with a distinctive nutty character. Delicate dulce de leche, berry pastila, almonds, and carefully selected hazelnuts.
