Term and rules of storage of natural sweets

Real chocolates are sweets of the highest quality made of natural ingredients with a minimum of additives, which, for example, stabilize the consistency of the filling, but in no case imitate the tastes and do not preserve the product "for ages". Proper storage of sweets is the key to your best taste experience.

Features of the shelf life of chocolates

Handmade chocolates from Wander can be stored in a package for up to 1.5 months at a temperature of 18 ± 3 degrees (i.e. it is best to keep them in the refrigerator) and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Chocolates with nuts may require a drier place, with humidity not exceeding 65%.

If you leave such candies with filling "for a holiday" in the kitchen cupboard or in a secret drawer of the table for a long time, then in the warmth of your home they can lose their shape and lose freshness much earlier than the expiration date.

Especially careful should be taken with sweets, which include perishable products: puree of berries and fruits, milk and cheese soft fillings. Good chocolates without palm oil are delicate products.

But Pastivalle candies, which contain only chocolate and a very stable pastille made of pure berry juice with or without selected nuts, are stored longer. The shelf life of chocolates of this type is three months at a temperature of 5 to 25 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
