Roshе Lab brings together Rocher-style bonbons in white, milk, and dark chocolate.
We work with different types of crunch, exploring the balance between flavor and texture.

Some recipes use green buckwheat, others rice as an alternative with a different character.
Grains are paired with nuts and berry or citrus accents, creating clear, well-structured flavors.

This is an experimental block where each piece is fully developed and remains in the assortment by intention, not by chance.
