Inside the case with two collections, we gathered:
1. FLOWER OF VICTORY
Eight victorious confections with a true Ukrainian character — the flavors of beloved national dishes reimagined in a фантастичний confection collection.
Beetroot
Not borscht — a confection. Only true Ukrainians will fully appreciate the idea: delicate beetroot confit with spicy horseradish on a crispy layer of rye bread sparks.
Cherry
Legendary Ukrainian cherries — juicy and sensual — captured in silky marmalade with a touch of passionate cinnamon. The taste of love.
Horseradish
You may be surprised how delicate and refined horseradish can become when paired with aromatic honey, a drop of crystal-clear vodka, and vibrant notes of lemon and orange zest.
Mushrooms
Fragrant and nourishing Carpathian mushrooms transformed into an elegant milk chocolate ganache that gently awakens the senses and opens the door to entirely new flavor experiences.
2. CARPATIA
The Carpathians — a place of strength, where free people live, where vivid stories and unforgettable flavors are born.
This signature collection presents four mystical confections inspired by some of the most fascinating places in the Carpathian Mountains.
Hoverla
Our highest peak with the taste of the highest delight. Bright raspberry marmalade layered over airy vanilla soufflé and gourmet ganache with coconut purée, lime zest, and a drop of Malibu liqueur.
Synevyr
An abyss of magical flavor. Ruby blackcurrant marmalade with aromatic tartness resting on a cloud of vanilla soufflé, paired with white chocolate ganache infused with the captivating aroma of tonka beans.
Shypit
Waves of salted caramel echo the streams of the legendary Shypit waterfall glowing beneath golden summer sunlight. Beneath the caramel unfold delicate banana soufflé and tender milk chocolate ganache.
Drahobrat
Drahobrat — a place of adventure for the bold, where stories are shared over cups of coffee. At its heart: the refined taste of Baileys liqueur, fluffy soufflé with strong Carpathian coffee, sensual coffee caramel, and delicate milk chocolate ganache.
The design of the collections in this set was created by Gennadiy Tregubenko, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Architecture and Design.
