Yellow rose
The gourmet baron personally dictated the recipe for the luxurious dessert cream to his chef: to the satin ganache on white chocolate, add puree of ripe coconut, emerald zest of fragrant lime and a good portion of Malibu Caribbean liqueur. This is the star of the collection - the "Yellow Rose" candy.
Blue rose
A marble bust of the young Alois Erjele, the grandmother of our baron, adorns the exposition of the local museum, and her favorite taste is our candy collection. Dazzlingly white and delicately creamy white chocolate ganache caresses the senses with aromas of bourbon vanilla and tropical tonka beans.
Garbuzella
Ripe Polish pumpkin seeds and crunchy, like sparks, flax seeds in hazelnut praline on milk chocolate - real Zhytomyr chic. The beautiful Hanna Wald - first a maid, and then a beloved wife - was able to arrange a holiday with what was at hand.

The chef, who remembered the baron as a boy, taught him to experiment with flavors. His favorite treat was candy with the taste of Mexico, the land of marigolds - a pinch of jalapeño pepper in a ganache made of the purest dark chocolate.
