Desserts are fully ready to eat. We recommend taking them out of the refrigerator 10–15 minutes before serving so the flavor can fully unfold.

A delicate mousse made with white chocolate, egg yolks, and milk creates a light, silky base.

In the center — a confit made from pure strawberry juice of our own production with the addition of Khi Khi liqueur.

We press the juice from fresh berries ourselves, preserving their natural acidity and depth of flavor.

Khi Khi gently highlights the sweetness of the strawberries and adds an aromatic note.

At the base — a vanilla sponge, soft and balanced.
