This is a story of nature’s rhythm in flavour — from plum blossom to deep, rich prune.

Blossom — in dark chocolate with white chocolate ganache infused with tonka beans.

Fruit — in fruit leather made exclusively from plum, grape and apple juices, with walnut and crunchy pearls in Belgian white chocolate, finished with a veil of cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Ripeness — in selected prunes with caramelised walnut in dark chocolate.

Natural rhythms — from blooming to concentration.
