In the heart of the Philippine emerald forests rise the Chocolate Hills, so named because of their resemblance in the dry season to drops of chocolate.

Cocoa has been grown here since the XVII th century, so the entire region respects the ancient traditions of careful cultivation and harvesting of beans of the famous Trinitario variety, which is distinguished by its exquisite taste. For our special chocolate, we selected incredible cacao grown in the sun-drenched plantations of the South Island of Mindanao, in the districts of Kalinan, San Isidro, and Mati.
