We prepare it not by a classic recipe.

Only plum, grape, and apple juices, slowly reduced into a dense fruit paste. No boiled purée — the flavor remains pure, deep, authentic.

Dark chocolate, caramelized Greek walnut, delicate white chocolate pearls, and a light note of cinnamon support the character of the fruit without altering its essence.
